Network Maintenance

·         Maintained networked computer capabilities which included: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and inventory for 2000 users and over 400 computers, resulting in a full-force, battle ready carrier air group during eight (8) month deployment.

·         Maintained user accounts and email accounts for 200 users, allowing users to access internet resources and utilize mass communication capabilities. 

·         Installed networked printers for use by over 2000 users.

·         Experience with Enterprise level router configuration and installation. . 

 

 

 

 

 

Information Assurance Manager

·         Attained command designation as Information Assurance Manager (IAM), which is responsible for serving as the primary technical IA advisor on all IA issues, systems, and networks within command for which I was designated.
